Business intelligence / United States + El Salvador
Your business already has the data. We help turn it into a shared view of sales, margin and operations, so your team can spend less time assembling spreadsheets and more time deciding what comes next.

01 / Where we can help
We start with the decisions your team needs to make. The data model, measures and report follow from that conversation, with definitions that finance, sales and operations can review together.
See sales by account, product or period. Identify changing purchase patterns and give the commercial team a clearer basis for follow-up.
Review gross margin, discounts and product mix using agreed cost definitions. Connect the analysis with the P&L questions your business needs to answer.
Compare stock, movement and coverage where source data allows. Give purchasing and commercial teams a shared view of slow-moving products.
02 / The foundation
We review Excel files, ERP and CRM exports, SQL or Oracle databases and Salesforce data. The connection method depends on the access each system provides. Refresh schedules, permissions and publishing requirements are agreed before implementation.
03 / Applied AI
When useful, we can add AI-assisted summaries and automated follow-ups around validated indicators. The report keeps its metric definitions and sources visible. A generated explanation helps prepare a review; your team confirms the interpretation and the action.
04 / How we work
Check access, missing fields, history and consistency. Agree the first business questions and the limits of the available data.
Prepare the data model, measures and agreed Power BI views. Reconcile selected figures with the source and review them with business owners.
Set the agreed access and refresh arrangements. Explain how to use the report, document the metrics and define support responsibilities.
Our Commercial Intelligence service combines BI, automation and applied AI for mid-sized food, beverage and consumer goods distributors in the United States. Start with sales, margin and inventory, then connect each signal to a follow-up.

Meet the teamBefore we talk
Yes. We review the file structure, identifiers, history and update process first. If files are inconsistent, cleaning and standardizing them becomes part of the agreed scope.
We first check available connectors, APIs, database access or exports. We then agree a supported connection method and refresh frequency, including any gateway or license requirements.
It depends on how the report will be published, shared and accessed. We review your current setup and identify the required Microsoft licenses and other costs before implementation.
We can scope a defined dashboard project or a continuing service for indicators, updates and reviews. Deliverables, access, documentation and ongoing responsibilities are agreed in the proposal.
